Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a coaching leadership program for grandmothers and to analyze the effectiveness. The research problem according to this is to develop a coaching leadership program that utilizes the GRAND model for grandparents and analyze the effects. As a tool for developing and improving grandmother coaching leadership for 18 grandmothers and 18 control group grandmothers with grandchildren, 1 coaching leadership script, 3 videos, 4 games, 18 fairytale scripts, 18 fairy tales, 18 coaching The Leadership Talk Treasure Pouch and the Coaching Leadership Program for a total of 8 hours in the 3rd session were developed. In addition, the effects of the grandmother coaching leadership program include the Child-Adult Interaction Coaching Scale (CICAIO) through observation for analysis, the Adult-Child Negative Interaction Scale (ACNIS) based on the CCTV model, and the paper-writing test based on the Golden Circle Model (KP) and TTCS (TREASURE Talk Coding System) through a colleague coaching feedback analysis based on the analysis of the talk-talk treasure bag, it was analyzed through the steps of pre-pre-post-post verification. As a result, it was confirmed and verified that it had a significant effect on the experimental group's grandmother.
