Abstract

This study analyzed the difference of functional movement of women"s field hockey the national team and the K professional team, The study compared 7 national team players and 10 professional team players. The results were as follows. Among 7 functional movement screen(FMS: Deep Squat, Hurdle Step, Inline Lunge, Shoulder Mobility, Active Single Leg Raise, Trunk Stability Push up, Rotary Stability), there were significant differences in Deep Squat, Hurdle Step, Trunk Stability Push up, Rotary Stability of national and K professional team(p<.05). The national team and the K professional team have different functional movements. Among them, the K professional team has relatively less mobility movements such as Shoulder Mobility and Active Leg Raise. Therefore, if the functional movements of the athletes in elementary, middle, high school, college team as well as the professional team are improved in the future, it can be expected that the competitiveness can be improved due to the increase in the number of injury Loses.
