Abstract

The paper presents a study of the influence of an alternating electric field on a DPPC membrane immersed in an aqueous solution with NaCl ions. The coarse-grained model of the DPPC membrane was used in the work. Molecular dynamics simulation was carried out using the GROMACS molecular dynamics package. The analysis of the results was based on the registration of changes in the charge distribution of such groups of particles as: PO4, NC3, Na and Cl. In order to identify the properties characteristic of a capacitor in this system, the dependence of the value of the total charge of Na and Cl ions on the potential difference on the box of the system under study was calculated and electrophysical properties of lipid membranes effects was studied.
