Russian abstract: В статье рассматривается проблема образовательного пространства посредством интернет-технологий в современном обществе. Формирование феномена «дистанционное образование» – есть отклик на потребность общества в обогащении знаниями «широких слоев населения» с использованием технических достижений. English abstract: The article discusses the problem of educational space through Internet technologies in modern society. The formation of the phenomenon of distance education is a response to the need of society for enriching the knowledge of the General population using technical achievements.
