Russian Abstract: Предложенная для обсуждения ситуация отражает российскую практику проведения региональных выборов и проблематику, связанную с уклонением части избирателей от участия в голосовании на выборах. Образы территории области, кандидатов и политических партий – собирательные и отчасти фантазийные. Данный кейкис [4-6] – учебно-исследовательский материал и может быть использован в рамках учебных дисциплин «Политология», «Избирательное право», «Политический PR» и «Политический коучинг». В кейкисе рассматриваются вопросы выбора тактических решений проведения избирательной кампании кандидата от провластной партии на должность главы региона с учетом особенностей политической и социально-экономической ситуации в области.... English Abstract: The proposed situation reflects the Russian practice of holding regional elections and the problems associated with the evasion of some voters from voting. The images of the territory of the region, candidates and political parties are collective and partly fantasy. This keykis is an educational and research material and can be used within the academic disciplines Political Science, Electoral Law, Political PR and Political Coaching. In keykis, the issues of choosing tactical decisions for the conduct of the election campaign of a candidate from a pro-government party for the post of head of the region are considered, taking into account the specific political and socio-economic situation in the region.
