Abstract

The relevance of this article is related to the development of interaction between the state and youth in 2000–2020s and is determined by the development of patriotic state youth policy implemented in the conditions of a special military operation. Until the end of the 2010s the communication of state bodies with youth was much less active, and the interaction was more hierarchical. The author of the article examines the evolution of com-munication technologies of public authorities with young people in the 2000s and 2020s. This article is both theoretical and applied in nature. That is, the theoretical aspect consists in analyzing the concepts of interaction between the state and youth. The applied aspect consists in a brief analysis of the activities of public opinion leaders and youth social movements that disseminate pro-state information agenda.
