Abstract

المستخلص حظیت المدینة المنورة نظرا لمکانتها الدینیة بمنزلة کبیرة فی قلوب المسلمین؛ فنالت رعایة خاصة من الخلفاء على مدى القرن الأول الهجری وما بعده؛ فاتخذوا فیها الدور الخاصة والبساتین وکانت ندرة المیاه فیهما دافعا للاهتمام بهذا المجال، خاصة وقد هدفت المشروعات المائیة إلى استثمار الموارد المائیة المتاحة قدر الإمکان؛ لتوفیر احتیاجات المدینتین من المیاه للأغراض المختلفة0 ومن هنا هدفت الدراسة الحالیة الى الإسهام فی تجلیة جهود سلف الأمة رضوان الله علیهم فی التعامل مع مصادر المیاه ومواردها, فقد أغفلت حقیقة مؤداها وأن الحضارة التی أقامها العرب فی أقل من مائة عام وهی من أنضر الحضارات التی عرفها التاریخ، کذلک الاستفادة من هذا الفکر فی التخطیط لمشروعات ضخمة تشمل الموارد المائیة المتاحة فی الدول الإسلامیة وقد حاول الباحث خلال هذه الدراسة أن یقدم دراسة تاریخیة تبرز الجوانب الحضاریة الإسلامیة للفکر الإسلامی فی مجال المیاه بکافة أنواعها، حیث ظهرت عمق العقلیة الإسلامیة ووعیها بأهمیة المیاه, وقد أوصت الدراسة فی ختامها بما یلی: - وضع خریطة استثماریة للدول الإسلامیة تستثمر فیها المنجزات التکنولوجیة الحدیثة کأسالیب الاستشعار عن بعد للکشف عن خزانات المیاه الجوفیة, مع تطویر کفاءة الأنهار والاهتمام بتنظیم الری وشق الترع والقنوات وتجفیف المستنقعات لإضافة المزید من الأراضی الزراعیة. 2 – ضرورة التواصل العلمی حول قضایا المیاه وتبادل المعلومات وعقد المؤتمرات العلمیة الجادة 3– تواصل الدراسات التاریخیة لبیان الدور الحضاری للمیاه عبر التاریخ وحتى العصر الحدی. 4– الاهتمام بمیاه الأمطار والسیول وبناء السدود الخاصة بالأمطار بحیث تتجمع فیها میاه السیول، وبهذا یتحقق أکثر من هدف فیتم الحد من أخطار السیول. 5 – التوسع فی الصرف المغطى والری بالأسالیب الحدیثة0 6-الاستفادة من الأحکام الفقهیة فی الانتفاع من المیاه بأقصى حد یمکن الانتفاع منها فإن میاه الصرف الصحی إذا عولجت بأی طریقة تفصل النجاسة عنها. Abstract Because of its religious position, Medina enjoyed a great position in the hearts of Muslims; It received special care from the caliphs throughout the first century AH and onwards. They took in the private homes and orchards, and the scarcity of water in them motivated attention in this field, especially as the water projects aimed to invest the available water resources as much as possible; To provide the water needs of the two cities for different purposes Hence, the current study aimed to contribute to the manifestation of the efforts of the nation’s predecessor, may God be pleased with them, in dealing with water sources and resources. It neglected the truth of its effect. In planning huge projects that include water resources available in Islamic countries During this study, the researcher has tried to present a historical study highlighting the Islamic civilized aspects of Islamic thought in the field of water of all kinds, as the depth of the Islamic mindset and its awareness of the importance of water appeared. In conclusion, the study recommended the following: - Developing an investment map for Islamic countries in which modern technological achievements are invested, such as remote sensing methods for detecting groundwater reservoirs, while developing the efficiency of rivers and attention to organizing irrigation and the construction of canals and canals and drying swamps to add more agricultural lands. 2 - The need for scientific communication on water issues, exchange of information, and serious scientific conferences 3- Historical studies continue to show the civilized role of water throughout history and the marginal period. 4- Taking care of rain water and torrential rain and building dams for rain so that torrential water can accumulate in it, and thus more than one goal is achieved, and the dangers of torrents will be reduced. 5 - Expansion of covered drainage and irrigation by modern methods 6- Benefiting from the jurisprudential provisions in using the water to the maximum extent that it can be used, so if the wastewater is treated in any way that separates the impurity from it
