Abstract
The results of the empirical analysis are as follow: First, the causal relationship between well-being awareness and lifestyle (health-centered lifestyle and self-centered lifestyle) showed a significant positive effect. Second, the causal relationship between well-being awareness and foodservice consumption propensity (foodservice-loving type, health-seeking type, ambience-enjoying type, and planned consumption type) did not have any significant positive effect. Third, the causal relationship between lifestyle and foodservice consumption propensity was partially adopted. Health-centered lifestyle had a significant positive causal relationship with foodservice consumption propensity including foodservice-loving type, ambience-enjoying type and planned consumption type. In addition, self-centered lifestyle had a significant positive causal relationship with foodservice consumption propensity including health-seeking type, ambience-enjoying type and planned consumption type. However, health-centered lifestyle did not have a significant positive causal relationship with health-seeking type foodservice consumption propensity, and self-centered lifestyle did not have a significant positive causal relationship with foodservice-loving type foodservice consumption propensity. This study is significant in that its results suggest implications for lifestyle and foodservice consumption propensity related to well-being awareness.
