Abstract

Investing in the digital economy is characterized by distant virtual interaction between subjects of investment relations which requires simplification and automation of the procedure for cooperation between them. Terms and conditions of relations are detailed not in the agreements themselves but in accompanying documents that act as legal means of the organization of investing in the digital economy. In the author’s opinion, digital platform rules, investment declarations and investment offers can act as such means.
