Abstract

Innovative digital technologies and their application in the management of financial institutions are the trigger for the introduction of new regulatory instruments. The concept, essence and significance of regulatory technologies is determined by the transformation of the economy and the transition to high-tech solutions for business structures. Digital technologies in the financial sector are used not only as auxiliary tools of activity, but also transform the service market itself, determine the trend of development, as well as the nature of interaction of subjects. The article discusses the main types and classes of financial digital regulators, describes the ways of their application in practice. A comparative analysis of the level of digitization of domestic and foreign financial institutions is carried out.
