Abstract

The article analyzes the approaches of scientists to determining the essence of strategic enterprise management, examines the evolution and development of management concepts, analyzes the sequence of stages of strategic enterprise management, which are current issues of today. The research revealed a new stage in the development of managerial concepts - strategic development of the company, which is based on successful strategic management and allows you to bring an innovative product to the market, providing leadership in the conditions of global competition, or to create a new market niche, industry, etc. According to a new stage, a conceptual model of strategic development of the enterprise was created, which will help to get results in the conditions of global competition.
