Abstract

This article is aimed to present an analytical review of innovative agricultural policies in the USA in the context of functioning of innovative centers and parks. Several models of innovative systems in the USA agriculture have been considered. The author has distinguished general characteristics of these models, particularly, the existence of partnership between university science, business and government. It has been also revealed that financial support of such researches in the USA is provided by means of both private and state investments. Moreover, the State (federal, and more often regional authorities) can grant support by various means, such as funding, tax privileges, etc. This allows to determine the success factors of the innovative model. As a result of the analysis of the most efficient models of innovative agricultural systems, the conclusion has been drawn on six obligatory elements of an innovative agricultural system.
