At the same time, new factors, such as the growing role of information and communication technologies or the COVID-19 pandemic, have a significant impact on all levels of economic inequality. To address the problem of inequality, it is important not only to develop policy directions, but also to monitor the dynamics of ongoing changes to develop relevant measures.
