Abstract
Purpose: This study performed usability analysis using field data analysis result.BR Methods: When applying MTBF, which is the measurement of reliability, a Planning Model Based on Projection Methodology II Continuous model was applied to the results of field data analysis for establishing the reliability growth plan. Based on field data analysis, potential inventory quantities were estimated through prediction of future number of failures of minitab software. Also, Based on field data analysis, operation and support cost was estimated using price HL software. Therefore, reliability program process can be reestablished using the results of field data analysis.BR Results: Using the results of field data analysis, it is possible to establish a reliability growth plan, improve the accuracy rate of the inventory quantity, and establish the basis for reestablishment of maintenance policy.BR Conclusion: The analysis of usability presented in this thesis can be applied to a repairable weapon system as well as a similar guided missile.
