Abstract

The experience of industrialized countries has proved that in the context of global competition in the world market, the one who has a developed infrastructure for creating and implementing innovations, who owns the most effective mechanism of innovation activity, will certainly win. The effective functioning of the country's innovative economy should be based on innovative infrastructure. The process of reforming the economy requires changes in the socio-economic life of the country and the expansion of innovative activities. The possession of natural resources does not guarantee the country's competitiveness on the world stage. It is necessary to form an innovative space in the economic system in a close relationship between intellectual potential and innovative activities, as the main factor in ensuring sustainable economic development and improving the standard of living of the country's population.
