Abstract

The article analyzes the process of forming the global climate change agenda. The author demonstrates the evolution of views on climate change in the world and the process of their politicization. The article provides a content analysis of scientific reports on climate change and the impact of anthropogenic factors on it. From the early 1990s to the present, the climate agenda has been developing and now claims to be the main determinant of both economic and political relations.
