Abstract
<p>Among cancer tumors of the parotid gland is 1-2%. In this paper we present and analyze statistical data to determine the most frequent causes of recurrence of benign tumors of the salivary glands, the recommendations for patients and physicians, the examination algorithm.</p>

Summary
Что 50% рецидивов плеоморфных аденом околоушной слюнной железы обнаруживают в первые два года после оперативного лечения, а к концу пятилетнего наблюдения рецидивируют до 80% этих новообразований. Цель исследования Изучить частоту встречаемости и структуру рецидивов доброкачественных опухолей слюнных желез. В период с 2008 по 2012 годы наблюдались 246 больных с опухолями слюнных желез. Наиболее часто ОСЖ встречались в средней возрастной группе 40-69 лет (57,3%) Резюме Среди онкологических заболеваний опухоли околоушных слюнных желез составляют 1-2%.
