Abstract
طاقة الانسال المسؤولة عن الخصوبة الجنسية للرجل قد تتعرض لصور من العدوان الصادر عن الغير، خصوصاً ان هذه الطاقة تتكون من الملايين من الحيوانات المنوية المسؤولة عن النسل والانجاب، وبالتالي لابد من توفير حماية جنائية ضد هذه الصور من العدوان، سيما وان الحماية المدنية باتت غير كافية بعد ازدياد الاعمال التي تشكل اعتداءً على طاقة الانسال الخاصة بالرجل سواء كان ذلك الاعتداء صادر من الاشخاص العاديين ام من الاطباء ومن في حكمهم.
