Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the overall experience of junior taming culture in physical education department by utilizing critical incidents technique which is the one of qualitative analysis methods. To attain the goal, 395 college of physical education students were studied using CIT method. The analysis of the data was produced based on the observation reliability of 3 independent researchers who has physical education and sports sociology background. The results were as follows.
