Abstract

In this paper, a blower with BLDC(Brushless Direct Current, BLDC) moter was developed and applied to the boiler system to linearly control the amount of air with respect to the amount of gas in order to optimize combustion in the boiler system to meet the user’s convenience and eco-friendly needs. The proposed blower structure analysis, controller modeling for controlling the amount of air in the blower, inverter modeling, and BLDC modeling were presented, and blower prototype was actually manufactured and applied to linearly control the boiler system. In the future, it is thought that additional research is needed so that the linear control of the boiler system can be controlled more broadly and more linearly.
