Abstract

The article analyses legal paradigms in the system of the worldview and information components of reality. The legal paradigm represented by natural law is defined as a set of a priori and legal information. The paradigm of positive law is substantiated by usefulness and the need to apply legislative and regulatory information in the legal situation. The third paradigm of law reflects object-subject relations in the aspect of the “inner world” of reality and presents personal information.
