Abstract

As the tourism market grew, interest and employees working in hotel companies increased. Accordingly, various studies on the organizational culture of hotel companies have been conducted, but unfortunately, this used a measurement scale used in other industries, not just for hotel companies. Therefore, this study attempted to develop a measurement scale of the organizational culture of hotel companies, and to this end, 26 measurement scales could be developed by conducting literature surveys, expert surveys, and empirical surveys. This measurement scale was developed with human resources experts working at the hotel, so it can be applied immediately to hotel practices. It is meaningful in that it has changed to a more realistic measurement scale reflecting the generational conflicts within the organization and the introduction of information and communication technology.
