Abstract
The main points in our analysis related to clarifying the nature and scope of the two main categories – power and politics. Analyzed the relationship between them and the state. Clarifies the scope of the subject area of the sociology of politics. Supported the idea that the sociological approach requires policy authority and the state to explore and analyze as the pillars of the political system. Disclosed is the specific nature of political systems following the reasoning of Robert Dahl in this direction. This is to answer the question on what a public system differs from one political system? Reporting is the factor change of political systems in time but without indicating predict specific changes in them.
