Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Army leadership education on the changein leadership perception of new officers. To this end, the amount of change in leadershipperception level was measured through surveys before and after leadership education, and thecorrelation and causal relationship between leadership education satisfaction and leadershipeducation satisfaction were examined through surveys related to education satisfaction. As aresult of the study, the Army's leadership education positively changed the level of leadershipperception of new officers, which was confirmed by obtaining statistically significant results asa result of independent sample verification for comparative groups. In addition, the new officersshowed a high level of satisfaction with the Army's leadership education (4.71/5), and as aresult of correlation analysis, educational satisfaction was significantly correlated with theleadership perception level (0.01 level) and causality (.807, P<.001) was found to bepresent.Through this, it was found that the current leadership education system affected thechange in new officers leadership perception.
