Abstract

The article deals with scientific and practical research work on the issue of cultural management and integration into the international cultural space. In the modern era of globalization, friendship and respect, mutual understanding and cooperation between peoples and countries have been established, and, above all, it is important to establish cultural ties through knowledge, deepen the roots of cultural relations, taking into account scientific trust and mutual understanding. As the main characteristics of a globalized culture, which is being formed in the course of modern integration of cultures, the researchers of this issue consider the scale in a certain space, including the phenomena and cultural phenomena. Kazakhstan's cultural management in the context of globalization has entered into successful integration processes, it is important to determine, correctly coordinate special strategic steps. The main purpose of the article is to convey the influence and importance of cultural management and integration into the international cultural space. As a multinational state, if we can establish and protect our borders with a clear purpose, this will be one of the greatest achievements we have reached. Any state pays great attention to the protection of the above values, because it understands that from the state point of view, other institutions do not have the competence to resolve precisely these issues. Considering that the future consists of today, it is obvious that the growth rate of this industry is in our hands, and the industry is also one of the instruments for the existence of a new country, which in the future will not only spiritually strengthen the country, but also encourage us to move forward as an economic treasure trove.
