Abstract

All kinds of innovations introduced in recent years by banks are one of the most interesting topics of the decade related to the transformation of the banking business. Now, perhaps, it is difficult to find a bank that in its strategy would not mention innovation or would not emphasize the modern technologies used by it in customer service. The article discusses the mechanism of functioning of modern innovations in the financial sector and their evolution and analyzes digital solutions for use in the banking sector. Indeed, in the conditions of active digitalization, “associated with the emergence of new financial technologies, new prospects for the use of digital services in banking are opening up, allowing to solve a number of important tasks both for a credit institution and for its clients.
