Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of dance major university student''s emotional intelligence on self-efficacy and dance commitment. Detailed results are presented below. First, according to the comparison of the difference based on general characteristics, emotional intelligence, there were significant differences in emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, and dance commitment depending on grade, career, and practice hours. Second, the emotional intelligence of dance major university students had the significant effect on self-efficacy. Third, the emotional intelligence of dance major university students had the significant effect on dance commitment. Fourth, the self-efficacy of dance major university students had the significant effect on dance commitment.
