화물차 공유를 통한 물류효율화 방안에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 논문에서는 기존의 폐쇄된 기업별 물류시스템의 한계를 극복하기 위한 열린 정보시스템 활용을 통한 기업 간 화물차 공유 원리를 적용하여 회차비용 감소 등의 물류비용 절감을 위한 물류합리화 모형을 개발하였다. 최근에 정보네트워크의 눈부신 발전과 정보인프라가 구축되어 있음에도 불구하고 대부분 국내 물류시스템 운영은 기업별 단독운영의 폐쇄적인 분배정책에 의존하고 있어 제품을 각 기업분배센터에서 소비지로 수송한 후 분배센터로 되돌아갈 때 높은 공차율 상태로 차량을 운영하고 있어 기업물류비용 증가의 원인이 되고 있는 물류효율화 및 혁신을 도모하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 특히, 본 연구에서는 분배시스템의 유통경로 중 기업의 분배센터와 제품의 소비지를 연결하는 수송단계에서의 공차율을 고찰하였으며 이를 통한 화물차공유 운용방식을 적용한 물류합리화 방안을 도출하였다. This study set out to develop a logistics rationalization model to reduce logistics costs including return route costs by using open information systems that overcame the limitations of the old closed logistics systems by the corporations and applying the principle of freight car sharing among them. In recent years, information infrastructure that can be easily shared by many such as information networks, however, One of the causes of rising logistics costs is high empty transfer rates on return routes after goods are transported from the distribution center of each company to consumption sites, It is propose to promote logistic efficiency and innovation. The study especially identified a logistics rationalization plan by examining and analyzing the stages of transportation on the circulation route of a distribution system from the distribution center of a corporation to consumption sites and the empty transfer rates and their current state.
