Abstract

Pragmatics in linguistics is the study of the use of language, and pragmatics is the study of the meaning of the speaker. This study is an analysis study on the contents of advertisement as a tool for utilizing Korean vocabulary and grammar based on pragmatic theory. As a tool for the use of Korean vocabulary and grammar, K-pop, Korean dramas, Korean films, and Korean advertisements, which are the genres of Hallyu, are thought to be helpful in accurately using, understanding, and spreading Korean. In particular, it is considered worthwhile to use Koreans' emotional vocabulary through advertisements, where they can easily understand Korean vocabulary and grammar rules, and it is difficult to measure the depth.
