The development of an organization requires the creation of a free market space, the creation of new demand and mastering it, and the implementation of innovation, in turn, is impossible without a timely decision to identify the direction of value innovation in the context of the use of technological changes that depend not only on product development in the organization and needs of the market, but also the fact of the existence of the organization in the external environment with a certain level of influence of factors of dynamism.Disruptive technologies bring brand new offerings to the market. The products already exist on the market, have lower quality, but are characterized by other properties that are appreciated by new consumer groups.Unlike "disruptive", "breakthrough" innovations are innovations that open a new technological cycle of innovative business, because their purpose is not to develop the existing basic technology, but to completely change this technology and dramatically change the market when calculating at once for the mass consumer.There is a difference between disruptive and supportive technologies. Supportive technologies are technologies that contribute to product refinement, namely radical, including component or architecture, and very incremental incremental, enhancing the quality of existing products within the specifications that are important to the mainstream consumer. organizing markets.This article presents the solution of the scientific problem, which was to determine the ways of development of the organization in case of identification of directions of technological changes, giving practical recommendations. The authors propose systems for the use of technological solutions, namely, supportive, breakthrough and disruptive technologies, depending on the level of influence of environmental factors on the organization.
