Abstract

The article shows that the emergence of corruption risks is caused by a variety of factors that are based on economic, social and political components. The results of the study showed that the analysis of corruption risks requires an integrated approach that takes into account the regulatory and legal features of combating corruption in the Russian Federation, the institutional prerequisites for its occurrence, objective and subjective reasons for the growth of its scale, as well as the search for effective anti-corruption tools.
