Abstract

This article discusses the ethno-cultural expertise of legislative novels, aimed at identifying important problem areas for the legal regulation of the life of small ethnic groups leading a traditional way of life, as well as making managerial decisions. The author offers an analysis of the classification and other grounds for ethnocultural expertise, shows that ethnocultural expertise is the activity of expert teams and individual specialists in establishing the legal and social quality of draft laws, aimed at identifying threats and challenges that are dangerous for the ethnocultural heritage of the peoples of the Russian Federation.
