Abstract

The article examines the foundations of the model of Russian legal nihilism that emerged at the end of the 20th century. The mass flight of scientists from Marxism naturally led to legal idealism, as a result of which the irrational legal nihilism of most of the Russian people was named as the cause of the failed legal reforms.
