Abstract

The article considers important aspects of the introduction of information and communication technologies into the educational process of a higher educational institution. The use of modern ICT means allows teachers to significantly increase the volume of providing students with educational information, significantly expand the scope of managing their independent educational activities, and ensure a higher level of individualization and differentiation of education. The main advantages of ICT are revealed, including increasing interest and general motivation, individualization and activation of education, education of information culture. Taking into account modern trends in higher education, emphasis is placed on the combination of online learning, traditional and independent learning. When planning such types of activities, it is necessary to transform the usual types of classes into forms of interaction between learning subjects, which can be carried out synchronously and asynchronously. An explanation is given for synchronous activity, when everyone is connected at the same time, for example, a webinar, video conference, and asynchronous, when each participant in the process performs an activity at a different time, for example, a chat, a forum, etc. It was determined that the main task of a teacher in blended learning is the methodical design of one's own discipline as a sequence of actions, and the selection of the most effective model for the organization of blended learning. On the basis of pedagogical research, the main means and tools that ensure the quality of the organization of blended learning are singled out. One of the most suitable and easy-to-use tools for learning is the Google Meet service, which has a number of advantages: organization of video meetings, online classes with a large number of students and sufficient continuous work time; the possibility of demonstrating materials on the PC desktop during classes and seminars; planning classes in advance and linking to a Google calendar. For establishing feedback with students, the Gooogl Classroom platform is quite effective, which allows you to organize mixed learning using video, text and graphic information. The teacher can conduct testing, monitor, systematize, and evaluate the quality of knowledge. It was concluded that a modern graduate of an educational institution should have the competence to use information technologies, that is, technologies designed by modern industry both in education and in everyday life. New information technologies give students access to non-traditional sources of information, increase the efficiency of independent work, provide new opportunities for creativity, finding and consolidating any professional skills, allow the implementation of fundamentally new forms and methods of learning
