Abstract

The article analyzes the challenges facing Ukraine in the implementation of modern digital technologies in key areas of the economy, civil society, and public administration. The main components of these challenges include low infrastructure readiness, inadequate information literacy, and barriers to implementing egovernance. The authors point out the lack of a comprehensive approach and an information base for the implementation of egovernance, emphasizing the importance of infrastructure development and increasing information awareness among citizens and public officials. It is extremely important to study global experience in digital transformation for successful implementation in Ukraine. The article examines the implementation of initiatives using examples from other European countries, discussing how the government integrated digitization into state structures, healthcare, daily life, and how it improves the life of every citizen. The progress of Ukraine and its example, the "Diya" initiative, are also discussed.
