Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of pricing military products problems. The analysis of legal regulation in the field of pricing of armaments, military and special equipment in the Russian Federation is presented. Proposals are presented to resolve problematic pricing issues for the main performers of products in order to maintain a stable balance of interests between the state and manufacturers of military products.
