Abstract

The article considers a motor task as a system of model representations about the conditions, requirements and means of achieving a goal-oriented result, changing in accordance with the attitude of the subject of the action to the situation-task. The main provisions are highlighted: firstly, the task (unlike the task) exists only in the form of model representations, which are a means of cognition and anticipatory reflection of objective reality; secondly, a motor task, like any other phenomenon of subjective reality, is not only a reflection of an object, but also an attitude towards it. The main components of the motor task are revealed: the situation of the task; the objectives of the task; target settings; target requirements; target funds. The mechanical energy consumption of athletes when running at maximum speed is determined. The experiments involved 8 boys and 9 girls (age 18.8 ± 0.8 years; height 175.7 ± 1.1 cm; weight 58.9 ± 4.8 kg). The author's position is that an athlete solving a motor task is always, to one degree or another, a subject of rulemaking: from studying the conditions and situation of the task, he moves on to analyzing goals and attitudes, and then, in accordance with the requirements for the system of movements, develops solutions. The most important criterion in the development of targeted funds is the creation of a new, the process of developing an unknown, more rational sports equipment.
