Abstract

Pain management is associated with significant individual variability and therefore requires anindividualized approach.The development of personalized pain management plan depends on manyfactors related to the patient, the surgical team and the tactics of the surgical intervention, the resourcesavailable, and the training programs. Particular attention is paid to multimodal personalized pain reliefwith targeted focus on the area of injury of surgery. The use of regional techniques as part of multimodalpain relief, blockade of all links in the pathogenesis of pain, the use the adjuvant pain therapy, study paingenomics will contribute to the development of the direction of personslized pain therapy.
