Abstract

The article examines the theoretical foundations of consumer behavior and substantiates its relationship with the formation of consumer experience in the context of empirical marketing. A model of consumer behavior is proposed when receiving positive and negative experiences of interaction with an enterprise brand, based on the theory of attribution, which explains the motivating reasons for consumer behavior in a given situation.
