Abstract

The article presents the trends of indicators of the incidence of adult population of the Russian Federation by classes of diseases ICD‑10 for the 12-year period (2007–2019). As research materials were used for statistical compilations of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and Federal Research Institute for Health Organization and Informatics of Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation “The Incidence of adult and child population of the Russian Federation”. To analyze the incidence, we used the calculation of dynamic series indicators (rate of increase – decrease, index of growth) and the method of ranking. As a result of the analysis of the incidence of the adult population, it was revealed that there is no dynamics of the indicator in the country as a whole. However, this trend is not observed in all regions of the Russian Federation, for example, the most significant increase was recorded in the Republic of Kabardino-Balkaria (+77%) and in the Leningrad Region (+46%). Analysis of the incidence of the adult population by ICD‑10 disease classes indicates an increase in the incidence of diseases of the circulatory system (+42%), endocrine, nutritional and metabolic diseases (+41%), neoplasms (+18%), diseases of the respiratory system (+12%) and diseases of the digestive system (+4%).As a result of the study, the following years were marked with a significant increase: 2009 (National project “Health”), 2013 (National programme “Modernization of Health Care System”) and 2016 (National programme “Medical examination of the population”). Changes in the incidence indicators correlate with the implementation of national projects and programs, since they are aimed not only at the treatment and prevention of diseases, but also at their detection.
