Abstract

This study intends to supply proposals to improve the physical activities of female students through collecting data in the present fields of physical educations within adn out of class. For the purpose of achieving the objectives of the study, the author surveyed 9,325 female studnets from elementary, middle, and high school in 2014, considering the different courses of their physical education. The data collected was then categorized. Within the categories, the frequency and percentage were further analyzed. In order to evaluate the Analysis of Variance, a program called SPSS (version 18,0) was used. The result of this study can be summarized as follows: Firstly, the study reviewed the importance, participation and satisfactory rates in the present physical education field. Secondly, the study analyzed the students participation and satisfactory rates. Lastly, through studyingt he values that students have over the general physical education courses, suggestions to improve the physical activities were made. In conclusions, physical activities for female students not only improve and strength their health but also allow the students to experience the pure joy out of physical moevments. Therefore, in order to activate the physical activity participation of female students, many different approaches should be made from various perspective instead of the fixated view from the past.
