Abstract

The article examines the processes of development of the social role of trade in the conditions of import substitution, which influence the standard of living of the country’s population, spheres of life, and the business reputation of both companies and the state as a whole. In particular, the issues of structuring the relationship between the development of the social role of trade in the modern world and the process of import substitution, which in turn are actively developing and improving, as well as assessing the importance of access to parallel imports in the trade sphere are considered.
