Abstract

Creating conditions that ensure the identification and development of gifted children, the realization of their potential, is one of the priority tasks of modern society. Global changes in the social, economic and industrial spheres of society, the intensification of the struggle for the competitiveness of states exacerbate the need for a person who not only has deep and solid knowledge, but is also able to respond to the challenges of the new time, solve life tasks at the optimal level. Currently, active, creative people are needed who think outside the box, who are able to look for new ways to solve the proposed problems, to find a way out of a problem situation. The education system, by virtue of its universal and universal nature, is the first to respond to changes taking place in society. The strategy of modern education is built in accordance with the demand of modern society, which needs educated, creative people. In the new millennium, scientific interest in the problem of studying the causes and factors of the emergence of children's giftedness, in its genesis and the importance of pedagogical aspects for the development of gifted children in various fields in the conditions of educational organizations has been especially clearly manifested.An analysis of the points of view of both foreign and domestic scientists on the problem of giftedness allows us to conclude that giftedness is not so much a "natural gift" as a systematic and purposeful process of developing the creative inclinations and abilities of the individual, which can be hidden in individual children, and which need to be identified. and develop through their involvement in certain activities.The article attempts to analyze the essential characteristics of the problem of children's giftedness and its phenomenological features.
