Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the current status of the business operation of the Jeollanam-do local sports council and presenting a strategies. SWOT analysis was conducted based on literature review and expert interview. The results were as follows. First, most of the business of local sports council in Jeollanam-do were operated mainly on sports for all and were operated through financial support. Second, business in operation can be classified into three types: ‘promoting local sports for all’, ‘operating elite sports leaders’, and ‘generating profits’.
