Abstract
The “green” economy is endowed with a huge potential for socio-ecological transformation, therefore, the creation and implementation of its effective financial mechanism is an existential task of our time. The promotion of the “green growth” Strategy in any direction and in any country requires solving the issue of financing all measures both from the state and from business. Therefore, the financial component in modern conditions is relevant along with environmental, social and economic. In the article, the authors reveal the features of “green” financing of the domestic economy. The main objectives of the article are to identify the main problems of “green” financing in Russia and identify ways to overcome them.
