Abstract

The article considers the factor of miracle in a modern economic man’s activity. It is emphasized that addressing this issue will allow better understanding the behavioural patterns of a modern mass economic man formed by the dominance of the market society principles. The study provides the author’s definition of miracle identifying its inherent features and originality. It emphasizes close relation between the growth of the need for miracle and an economic man’s activity. The equivalence of reason and miracle in modern economic practices is argued. The main conclusion of the work is not to avoid the factor of miracle in modern economic activity, but to work with it in order to achieve economic success in the increasingly unstable world of the XXI century.
