Abstract

The article is devoted to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the mining industry, recognized in the world as an effective mechanism for ensuring the economic growth of the country. It examines the current state and scope of this business in Kazakhstan, as well as the possibilities of its development in the future. The number of operating subjects of small and medium-sized enterprises and output in the mining industry are investigated. The problems and opportunities of the regulatory framework of the mining industry of Kazakhstan are identified. On the example of the developed countries of the world, which make the greatest contribution to the production of gross domestic product entrepreneurship in the mining industry, the justification of the possibility of turning this business into a large sector of the country's economy in the conditions of its development on an innovative basis is given. At the same time, recommendations are proposed on the use of the mechanism of state support to accelerate the growth of entrepreneurship in the production sector and the full realization of its technical, production and socio-economic potential.
