Abstract
The article presents the definition of the content of the organizational culture of modern companies, clarified and supplemented by the author. In accordance with the proposed approach, the organizational culture of the company is a system of interrelated local norms, rules, standards, informal principles that affect the behavior of the personnel of the business entity, the system of relations in the workforce and, ultimately, affect the dynamics of staff turnover, labor productivity and the market value of the company. The improvement of the company’s organizational culture depends on the degree of balance of a number of management mechanisms. We have systematized the main directions of improving the efficiency of organizational culture, relevant for modern socio-economic conditions, such as budgeting, lean manufacturing, outsourcing, crowdsourcing, the use of the potential of smart contracting in organizational and labor relations. The interrelation of such directions is shown.
