Abstract

The article discusses the modeling method, which is successfully used not only in the natural and technical sciences, but also in the humanities. It is shown that this method is also used in legal research and law enforcement, and it has the greatest potential in the field of management. It is noted that one of the main advantages the using the modeling method in law is the opportunity to study the mechanism the action of legal norms and the organization of social relations. Based on the consideration of specific examples, it is concluded that administrative legal norms, being models of objective reality, can be successfully used to build optimal algorithms for law enforcement activities, which make it possible to use modern digital technologies in this process. It is argued that modeling has great prospects for improving the public administration process as a whole.
