Abstract

The results of analysis of the effects developed systems of ash-catching and gas-cleaning are represented. The systems were developed for the terms of incineration of high-ashes coals and maximal dry extraction from smoke gases of the high-dispershion volatile ash used for the receipt of cement. The systems with vertical and horizontal ash-catchers with the reserved contours were compared. The vehicles of both types combine centrifugal separaishion and frequent continuous filtration of smoke gases through the circulatory layers of ash. System of horizontal dry ash-catchers and the irrigated gases-washers more economical at the identical ecological indexes of the compared gas-cleaning systems.
